Hey nthword! I notice you found mention of that on a post of mine that’s well over a year old - which unfortunately is about half the time I’ve been wanting to read it. There’s a few copies about online, your question has reminded me about it and I’ve searched again: best I’ve found is a copy on abebooks for £20 - most of which is the delivery cost to the UK so that’s actually pretty realistic. Past searches have never found anything below £50.
